Honoghran, or Noghrese was the native language of the Noghri species from Honoghr. Most Noghri were fluent in both Honoghran and Basic, although with whispered, chilling and soft voices. However, they were usually only literate in their own language. Aliens who regularly dealt with Noghri, including as Grand Admiral Thrawn and Leia Organa Solo, sometimes learned Honoghran to speak with them.
