The Survivors were one of the two social factions of the Outbound Flight Colony, the others being the Colonists. The Survivors were the fifty-seven adult colonists who had been alive when the Outbound Flight crashed in the Redoubt. By 22 ABY, only ten of them were left, with Chas Uliar, Brace Tarkosa, and Jobe Keely being the only ones still active. The young children who were alive at the time of the crash were not counted among the Survivors. The Charter guaranteed that both factions were represented in the Managing Council.
