Hamstarr (ハムールさん, Hamūra-san) is a fortune-teller hamster who appeared in Tottoko Hamutaro: Tomodachi Daisakusen Dechu, Hamtaro: Rainbow Rescue and Hamtaro Ham-Ham Games. He also has a small speaking role working at a street market booth in Hamtaro: The Captive Princess, although his markings are different from how they appear in the games. Hamstarr makes his first-ever game appearance in Tottoko Hamutaro: Tomodachi Daisakusen Dechu. He helps tell Hamtaro and his friends (and the player) their fortunes through a book and who they will end up being in love with.
