Liha was a 23rd century Romulan man who served in the Imperial Fleet of the Romulan Star Empire. Liha was the mate of Commander General Ael i-Mhiessan t'Rllaillieu, and with her the father of Tafv ei-Leinarrh tr'Rllaillieu. Ael lamented the loss of her husband after Liha died in a confrontation with the Klingons near Nh'rainnsele, an event which Ael remembered being euphemized as a "misunderstanding".
