Scritchy is a very minor character who served on the Greenhawk. Practically nothing is known about him/her, including his/her gender. He/she and Wippback invented a plan, opposed by the captain, that involved ambushing the beasts on shore. However, the beasts on shore (Luke the Warrior and Vurg) knew they were coming and had prepared a counter-ambush for this eventuality. Scritchy was killed, along with the rest of the crew of the Greenhawk.
