"The Sniffer" is capable of turning himself into dust particles at will. "The Sniffer" did this in order to evade capture and had done this a number of times before he was successfully caught. He has shown that he can mimic dust easily, whenever he wants to, and can reform quickly. He also uses this ability to protect himself from attacks, turning into dust to let the attack pass through him without any damage.
