A Kazon frigate was a type of frigate operated by the Kazon during the latter half of the 24th century. Prior to 2372, a Kazon-Ogla by the name of Ra destroyed a Kazon-Nistrim frigate in a single shot, killing more than 100. With that victory, Ra earned his title Jal, and would become known as Jal Razik. (VOY: "Initiations")
