The following is a list of unique helms from Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. Although all the Normal and Exceptional helms are available through Patch 1.09, most Elite unique helms require Patch 1.10 or later to spawn, and others are only available through the Ladder. Although any character with the requirements fulfilled can use normal, exceptional, or elite helms, some helms are exclusive to certain classes.
