Khalib Hassan was a suspected terrorist who along with Roland Alan Moore and Fernando Petroya was a person of interest in the investigation into the attempt on Commander Michaela Shields. Hassan was also a person of interest as the FBI believed he had ties to Al-Qaeda and who was also believed to be responsible for planning three bombings in North Africa.
