Local police began an investigation of Discordian activities in Janus County in either the end of 2001 or beginning of 2002. The works of a great number of Discordians and associates were seized including Dr. Sinister Craven, Pope Higgins, Alden Loveshade, Anonymous Lifeform, Gamemaster Loveshade, Lorien Loveshade aka Princess Unicornia, Saint the Mary, and Gypsie Skripto. At least one person was arrested in Janus County in association with the investigation, and others were arrested outside the county line.
