Cygnus Drift is a Drift that is ruled by Nietzschean prides. Agio, a member of one of those prides, was racing Seamus Harper while they were both on a night watch. Apparently, the drift is ruled like it is a gang. The Systems Commonwealth also issued warnings about the drift, as their power is growing. ("Vault of the Heavens")
