The alliance was first proposed by ZPMMaker on the 3rd of December, 2006, shortly after he became the second-in-command of the Omega System Lords. After brief discussion with the OSL high council, it was decided that Yefgeni, an officer of ZPMMaker, would be the leader of the alliance. However, it was soon realized that Yefgeni himself was a member of OSL and was a System Lord; another officer of ZPMMaker, ERS, was chosen to lead the alliance.
