Known in D'ni language as r'ehrehm, it refers to the knowledge of writing Descriptive Books and Linking Books, which is passed down through the Guild hierarchy. Much of the Skill involved learning how to put exactly the intended elements into very specific words, and a robust and coherent writing avoiding contradictions. The mastery of the Skill consists the tradition known as the Art.
