Kyoshiro's Blade is a Legendary fist weapon introduced in patch 2.4 of Diablo III. It requires character level 70 to drop. The unique affix has two multiplicative damage modifiers: the second one triggers if the cast hits few foes. This only counts the initial instant damage, not other effects. For Explosive Light, damage of all 8 waves will count. For other runes, damage of secondary effects will not be counted towards the 3 enemies limit.
