The Rim was a community of the Badlands late in Dragonhollow's Fourth Era. It existed in the northeast corner of the magical border at the base of the largest mountain range in the Badlands. Interestingly enough, it was home to two opposing factions at war with each other: Hyperion and the Merry Men. The first denizen to establish residence there was Gabault, soon followed by HyperSilence. Though the community occasionally traded with each other, it was little more than a geographic cluster of unaffiliated peoples. They held no alliances and were often at odds with each other.
