The only way to get daedra armor is to reach higher levels and then some named NPC's will carry it(named as in not just Bandit but Brother Pinor for example but Brother Pinor will not have daedric armor). Some non-named NPC's will carry it, your best bet is to find Mercenaries. Completing some of the large side-quests will take you to some daedric armor characters like the Mages Guild's quest line. Daedric Armor is strong, but I rarely use it and i typically go with the special, one-of-a-kind enchanted armors as they have more enchantments on them. If your looking for the strongest armor in the game then the Shivering Isle's Perfect Madness Armor will give it to you.
