Robert Edward O. Speedwagon, or rather just Speedwagon, is an assisting character in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part I: Phantom Blood and Part II: Battle Tendency. He is a former Ogre Street thug that devotes his entire life to Jonathan Joestar and his family after their encounter. He is also the founder of the Speedwagon Foundation, which also assists the main characters in Part III: Stardust Crusaders, Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable, and Part VI: Stone Ocean.
