Tharshajef ("Jef") ch’Aarthlinn was an Andorian chan and Starfleet officer. He served aboard the USS Pendragon from her launch in 2379 into the 2380s. He frequently commanded the bridge during beta or gamma watch. (Star Trek: Pendragon) One of his bondmates was Loekthrys th'Uhsmaahn, who also served aboard the Pendragon.
