In 3010, rebellions start in Georgian (U.S State) colonies around the Adriatic Sea. The colonies are granted independence and name themselves Venice. The New Ulm Order (Southern Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Czechoslovakia) and their ally Poland invade Venice. The war ends in 3016 with the assassination of the Polish leader and the surrender of Ulm. Ulm and Poland lose land and become puppet states. In December a small group of socialists break into the capital and take over the country. In February of 3017 the Socialist Crowned Republic of Chipania replaces the Empire of Venice. A few years later Chipania make an alliance with the other socialist nations: Carthage, Estonia, and Ukraine.
