Roxanne is the former Gym Leader of Rustboro City's Gym, known officially as the Rustboro Gym. After the events of Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby, Roxanne decided to begin traveling once more to explore the world. She's taken to wearing no shoes and walking in her stockings when the weather isn't cold, though she also goes barefoot.
