An agent under the codename Chameleon steals the plans for top secret weapons from the UN. Shredder sends Bebop and Rocksteady with a Foot Soldier and Knucklehead to go after him. Chameleon ends up in Shredder's hideout, where Shredder uses mutagen to mutate him Chameleon into a humanoid chameleon. Chameleon escapes, followed by and Bebop and Rocksteady. The turtles defeat Bebop and Rocksteady in fight, while the weapon plans are returned.
