Dr. O'Hara is a specialist working for the Metro-Dade Crime Lab. He visited OCB when the Haitian gang leader Legba--who everyone thought was dead--was actually alive, and informed the Vice team that Legba used a toxin called Tetrodotoxin to simulate death, then was revived later, but with brain damage. He later helped revive Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs when he was injected with the same drug and began having hallucinations and random rambling of his speech.
