"Be the Count" is a song performed by the Count and Ernie in a 2000 episode of Sesame Street when Ernie wants to take the place of the Count while he's away. The song is a parody of "Be a Clown" from the film, The Pirate, which was also parodied on The Muppet Show as "Be a Frog".
