Norch was a male and a lieutenant in the Republic Army during the Cold War. He, alongside Captain Tekla Ansgar and the Jedi Rojo Trace, was part of the team that investigate a crashed Sith starship on the planet Geonosis. He was a very bureaucratic man and argued with Trace.
