Tuna and Biscuit night, or Tuna and Biscuit Day, is a public holiday in the Random Insanity Alliance. It was decreed on the 11th of October 2008 by DrunkWino, the Triforce of Drunk of the Random Insanity Alliance, that the night of the 11th of October would be known as Tuna and Biscuit night.
