The RASCRC is devided into three major parts, all governed by the Central Committee of the CPCa. The International Defensive Army (IDA) forms the international military force of the RASCRC and consists out of a navy, an air force and ground troops. It is headed by the Partcom of Foreign Affairs. The Partcom of National Affairs governs the Inland Order Troops (IOT), which can be compared to a state police force. The Partcom of Justice leads the Council for Inland Security (CIS).
