His experience and knowledge surpasses normal mortals. He can exhibit psychic or physical powers that one can not handle. Roy was Emperor of Kin'shua, but was demoted when he finally chosen his path to become an immortal. Surprisingly, he is not the only immortal of his kind that was a mortal. Unlike most Dialga, Roy is 3 times bigger than Origin's Dialga and is always in "Primal" form. This was a permenant effect after he was infected by the Darkness. He did have a mortal form prior to acquiring a Dialga form: a Luxray form.
