Prince Tatsuō Mizuchi (虯竜夫, Mizuchi Tatsuō) is the son of Emperor Senzansho of Toyotama Empire, and the younger brother of Gōkō Mizuchi. As their tales begun, Tatsuō, alongside his brother, becomes the heir of Toyotama Empire and the Mizuchi clan; both whose namesake reveres their fiercefulness and rightful inheritance.
