Dynaman/Dyna-Man (no real name known) is African-American and one of the Boston area superheros. He's a power armor jockey. Whether he has any super-powers is unknown. If he does, he's probably a devisor. For some unknown reason, his power armor emits a whine when he's approaching, which doesn't do much good for stealth.
