Message Final is the first level of Bloons Player Pack 1. In this level there is a L-shaped group of metal blocks. To the left there's a normal bloon, to the right there's a Tack Bloon. To complete the level, pop both bloons. After the "chain reaction" has finished, the player can read a message that says "RATE 10". In Bloons World, its ID number is 12551.
