George Booth Heming (1853-24 September 1938). Born in Maidstone, Kent, he was the son of Thomas Heming (1812-67) and Ellen Judith nee Booth (1818-96). Ran a goldsmith/jewellery company at Heming & Co. 28 Conduit Street London, W. A member of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, he was admitted to the freedom of the City of London in January 1898. Mayor of Westminster 1914-15. He retired to Eastbourne, Sussex, where he died Picture here [[]
