Ok, these arent really gonne be 'power levels' but they are gonna be numbers representing the characters strength. Like, Goku isnt gonna be a 1 Billion or something at the start of the series he will be a small number thats good enough to compare to to other characters. So if I put a character as a 10 don't think hes as strong as Kid Goku at the start of Dragon Ball. Also one last thing I will be labeling characters power levels in order from there appearence.
