United Industrial Countries of Asia (UICA) is an intergovernmental mutual-security organization which was founded in 2001 in Tokyo by the leaders of Manchuria, Japan, Indochina, and Korea. Except for Korea, the other countries had been members of the Tokyo Four, founded in 1996; after the inclusion of Korea in 2001, the members renamed the organization.
