Tom Jasper (code name unknown) was a student at Whateley Academy. He was a minion of Andy. After DNA turned Andy's hair green, Andy and his minions Harry and Tom attacked DNA in the tunnels between Shuster and Dunn. Gizmatic attempted to save DNA with a malfunctioning "disintegration gun." Tom apparently beat Gizmatic so badly that he was expelled and turned over to the DPA with attempted murder charges. This incident led to the creation of the Order of the Worn Wrench.
