Canadian Junior A Hockey League (CJAHL) is formed. MJHL renames the Leauge's two divisions. South Division becomes the Addison Division, honoring former commissioner Bill Addison. North Division renamed the Allard Division to honor George Allard, longtime executive director of the MAHA.
