Gloves of Earthen Power are a quest reward from the quest Volunteer's Battlegear which starts with Vargus in Cenarion Hold in Silithus. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Vargus: * 5 Cenarion Combat Badge * 3 Cenarion Logistics Badge * 7 Cenarion Tactical Badge You must also be Friendly with Cenarion Circle.
