Born in 47 BBY as the daughter of King Veruna Arcadia, Arcadia grew up under the guidance of her father until he was assassinated in 24 BBY. Because he was assassinated due to his unpopular military expansion policies, Arcadia reversed many of them once she took the planet's throne.
