Horse Whisperer Stables is a Stable located just outside of Anvil, and it sells White Horses for 4000 File:GoldIcon.png. No horse is hardier and only the Black Horses of Cheydinhal are faster. Ernest works outside, and Clesa works within the nicely furnished domicile. Their hours of operation are from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM.
