Vince Teague (b. Summer 1915; d. February 2006) was the founder of The Weekly Islander. In 2005, he and Dave Bowie told Stephanie McCann the story of the "Colorado Kid." On the the 2010 Syfy series Haven, the character of "Vince Teagues" is portrayed by Richard Donat.
