The Victory Collar is a collar accesory that appears in Nintendogs + Cats. It can be won by winning the Nintendogs Cup for the Lure Coursing competition. It is a blue and white striped collar with a big, round golden medal with small words engraved on it and a big number '1' in the middle of the medal. It can be sold for $1,500 at Mr. Recycle. If you decide to sell it, you will never get it again, you can only get one per each pet.
