In new Cambria, licence plates (more correctly "registration plates") are issued by one of the four territorial divisions of the National Automobile Agency. In most licence plates, there is a small sticker, which indicates the month and year of plate renewal, that the driver sticks to the licence plates. The driver may choose one of the several standard designs offered. Most designs include black characters on white reflective background.
