The Data Laser was a device used by Astronema in her secret city to turn people into Data Cards so that she may use them in the future if needed. The laser could also turn the data cards back into people. The laser was destroyed when the city fell, but it was recreated on board the Scorpian Stinger and used to return the Pyscho Rangers, who were trapped as data cards, back into their true forms.
