Otto was born on April 5th, 2257 in Prague, the Czech Republic. Swiftly passing elementary with little difficulties and then entering middle school he enters his first difficulties. His grades begin to lower into the D range, he’s forced to step up his effort and passes only with an average C. High school was another difficult in which he barely passed, as college came he entered the Raggork College which accepted any offer to join regardless of grades. Time passed on and he graduates after four years and a rare opportunity came to his community, to join the colonization efforts of the Procyon System. Jumping onto this opportunity he leaves for the system on a large colonization ship.
