The Van Franken Cup 2011 is the second edition of the Lovian Sevens tournament, when all five Lovian states played to win first place in the sevens tournament. The cup took place in Newhaven at Newhaven Stadium, from August 19th - August 21st, a three day tournament instead of a longer one like the year before.
