Eidan II is a hot and dry planet that is tectonically active -- so much so that small earthquakes are constant and magma regularly bubbles to the planet's surface and forms lakes of fire. With this magma, valuable metals also rise to the surface and can be easily collected. The planet was used by the First Terminus Confederation as a staging ground for an invasion, however, it became the location of the Battle of Eidan II after and discovered a large confederate presence.
