The Dumping Ground Survival Files was a spin off from The Dumping Ground which began broadcasting in 2014. Similar in format to The Tracy Beaker Survival Files, the programme featured the characters from The Dumping Ground making video blogs for newcomers to the care home on various subjects such as Change and Promises complemented with clips from Tracy Beaker Returns and The Dumping Ground.
