Magistrate Solomon is a level 36 quest giver located in the Lakeshire Town Hall in the human-aligned zone of Redridge Mountains. Magistrate Solomon is the most serious person in the town of Lakeshire. He is the elected ruler of Redridge Mountains. He is dedicated to keeping the town safe from orcs and gnolls. He is short on supplies and always on the lookout for mercenaries. (LoC 50, 51) He wears a monocle for a reason, for he can easily misidentify people if he is not wearing it.
