Terry Kiser (born August 1, 1939) made four appearnces on Night Court as snoopy newspaper reporter Al Craven in Season 1 of the series. Terry is perhaps best known for his portrayal of the dead title-character Bernie, the boss of the characters played by Jonathan Silverman and Andrew McCarthy in the comedy Weekend at Bernie's, and its sequel, Weekend at Bernie's II.
