Arthur Wildman is the warden of the Stronghold super prison. Wildman proposed Stronghold in 1976 and served as warden until the 1990s, during which a massive jailbreak forced him into exile. He was replaced by Peter Kennedy until 2001, when a disgruntled employee unleashed the giant Grond. Kennedy turned his position back over to Arthur Wildman.
