Fran Foofaraw is a pre-made Sim residing in SimValley with her roommate, Freddy Foofaraw in The Sims for console. She is first met by the player's Sim in level 3. She is one of the most recognizable characters from The Sims console. She is interested in Money, Politics, and Sports. (Despite her bio implying she is interested in Travel and The '60s, this is actually not the case in game-play.)
